Busy times

Things have been very busy here, but decided it was time to post again since it has been a while. So, here's the quick run down of what's been happening.
Ryan - last week Vacation Bible School in morning, basketball camp in Moundridge in afternoon, and 2 baseball games in the evening; baseball is in full swing and his team is 2-1 (he had a home run tonight --- but the honest side is that it was due to 2 overthrows . . . oh well, still all the way around the bases after his own hit - YEAH
Tyler - VBS in mornings last week, KC trip on Thursday was positive - foot looking good --- same surgery for other foot will probably take place first week of September; baseball is in full swing and he hit a homerun tonight - YEAH (but I missed it as Ryan was playing at the same time in a different town
Andrew - let's see . . . onery, onery, onery; has been to the pool twice this last weekend --- has gone down the tunnel slide about 10 times (being caught of course) and was lowered off the diving board a few times also (caught again but went up the steps and onto it by himself); let's just say he is definitely our NO FEAR child
Grant - continuing to eat to try to gain weight; was put on Zantac for reflux and using simply thick in his bottles; busy day in KC on Thursday . . . saw OT for feeding, then hand doctor for follow-up (have a splint for him to wear at night but he just SCREAMS so we'll have to figure something else out - see PT tomorrow about it), saw Tyler's foot doctor also and will be having surgery on the SAME day as Tyler in early September to straighten big toe (yes, we may be crazy to be overnight in the hospital with 2 children both having just had surgery)
Chris - working many hours at the hospital and squeezing in farming time when he's not nursing
DeAnn - trying to enjoy summer break but it hasn't seemed like a break yet; 1st week moved all my things to my middle school classroom for 5th grade next year; last week was a Crew Leader for Vacation Bible School "Crocodile Dock" - had a blast with it and absolutely LOVED the curriculum - what an awesome way for kids to get involved and be excited about sharing God's love; this week trying to relax a little and get back into a "workout" routine at 6 am - pray for me to keep it going;

Well, that's the Huxman run-down. I'll try to do better at posting shorter things more often instead of the "mega post".

wow, girl, you are busy! i have a lot going on, but no kids to take places. I remember not too many summers ago, when we would get together and scrapbook- it would be fun to do that again. But definitely not in June, I have too much going on.
